UpSearch uses LastPass to manage clients’ credentials. LastPass is a leading password management application that implemented AES-256 bit encryption with PBKDF2 SHA-256 and salted hashes to ensure complete security in the cloud. UpSearch uses LastPass for our accounts, as well as any client service account or SQL Server accounts. LastPass enables UpSearch to maintain security while making clients’ credentials available to authorized team members.
